Thank you for shopping at Everbasket. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship your orders.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping (5–8 business days): calculated at checkout
• Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): calculated at checkout
• Free Standard Shipping on orders over $50

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, please contact us at francesmillion@yahoo.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Address Changes

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are unable to redirect orders once they have shipped.
